1/4 cup homemade milk (boiled and cooled)

1 tsp vanilla extract (homemade by soaking vanilla beans in alcohol)

1/2 tsp baking soda (prepared from baking powder if homemade)

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (ground at home from cinnamon sticks)

1/2 tsp nutmeg powder (freshly ground)

A pinch of salt (home-ground rock salt)

1 tbsp lemon zest (grated fresh from homegrown lemons)
