200 g of fresh chicken breast or beef, thinly sliced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

2 tbsp homemade vegetable oil or homemade ghee

2 tbsp homemade soy sauce alternative (made by fermenting soybeans at home, optional)

½ tsp natural salt

½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp homemade lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

1 small onion, sliced

Step 1: Prep Ingredients

Wash and chop all vegetables. Slice the meat into thin strips. Mince garlic and grate ginger.
